Abstract:
To provide a communication terminal which can reduce events in which update of application software fails.
A cybermoney charge machine 1 which is connected with a server 100 which manages data through a network N includes: a monitoring means 20 which monitors whether an update file of target application software exists in the server 100, receives the update file when the update file exists and stores it in a predetermined folder F; and a control means 30 which activates virtually simultaneously with a monitoring means 20, checks whether an update file exists in a folder F and when it is determined that the update file exists, updates the application software using the update file after waiting for only predetermined standby time.
