Abstract:
To make it possible to provide a plurality of vehicles for one cabin (more vehicles than the number of cabins), and allow the user to reserve the vehicles in a service business in which the user rents vehicles owned by a business operator.SOLUTION: A communication terminal includes: reservation data transmitting means for inputting reservation-desired data and transmitting it to a management server; reservation availability receiving means for receiving a determination result; determination result output means for outputting the determination result; and reservation confirmation transmitting means for transmitting, when the output determination result indicates that the reservation is possible, reservation confirmation data being an expression of intention to confirm the reservation, to the management server. Reservation-desired data includes desired date-and-time data, a use-implemented station and vehicle type specification information, and the vehicle type specification information allows for selecting "no vehicle type specification" indicating that the vehicle type is not specified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
