PURPOSE: To make it easy for an operator to understand without printing two kinds to an original received by TTI information such as the transmitting date and the transmitting origin, in a G4/G3 facsimile store and forward substitute communicating system.

CONSTITUTION: On a facsimile store and forward exchange 1, a means to decrease automatically the TTI stored from G3 facsimile terminal 17 and a means to register the position of the TTI to decrease for respective extension G3 facsimile terminals 17 are provided, and the TTI information of the extension facsimile terminal is automatically decreased by using the TTI decreasing position registered at each extension G3 facsimile terminal 17. To a G3 facsimile terminal 16 connected to a line wire, the TTI information registered to the facsimile store and forward exchange 1 for each extension facsimile terminal is sent.
