Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which can improve the use efficiency of a LTE communication resource.SOLUTION: A communication system 10 includes: a plurality of UE 20 which can radio communicate by LTE communication and another communication method than the LTE communication; and eNodeB 100 communicable with the plurality of UE 20. The eNodeB 100 includes an eNodeB control unit 102 and UE information table 108 in which the QoS of each UE 20 is stored. The eNodeB control unit 102, by referring to the UE information table 108, transmits a clustering command to each UE 20 having the QoS thereof lower than and including a threshold Qth related to a predetermined QoS. On receiving the clustering command, the UE 20 forms a mesh class. Communication between each UE 20 having the formed mesh class is performed by a communication method other than the LTE communication.
