Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and prevent the radio deterrent, by connecting one end of a surge absorber provided in each slot of a core, to a commutator segment and connecting the other end to an electrode provided on the peripheral surface of an insulating cylinder for maintaining a gap between the core and a bearing. CONSTITUTION:A commutator plate is provided on one side of the core 9 which is mounted on a shaft 8 and around which coils 10 are wound. Connection members 1 are protruded from the ends of commutator segments 2. The insulating cylinder (bushing) 4 for maintaining a gap between the core 9 and the bearing is provided on the other side of the core. An electrode 3 is provided on the peripheral surface of the insulating cylinder 4. Capacitors 11 are fitted as surge absorber in each slot between the coils 10 on the core 9. One electrode terminal of the capacitor 11 is connected to the commutator segment 2 and the other electrode terminal is connected to the electrode 3 on the insulating cylinder 4.
