Abstract:
To provide a compacting method for easily and positively compacting a viscous material or the like by diverting an existing device.
A hardened material chipping device (a concrete chipping device 10) for use in this method is provided with a body base body (a front head 20), a plurality of bits 30 provided in an axially reciprocating manner from the tip part of the body base body, and a drive mechanism 40 for reciprocating the bits. While applying impact force by the bits of the hardened material chipping device, a material to be compacted is pressed and compacted.
