CONSTITUTION: A rubber wheel 150 as a friction member is fitted to the rear end of a frame section 102, and placed at a position offset from the mounting position of a rotary shaft 101 or aft of the shaft 101. Also, the wheel 150 is inserted in space between rail members 108 and 108 as a pair, so as to be freely rotatable in the advance direction of a travel body 9, and journalled to a pin coupled in such a way as striding over the rail members 108 and 108. In addition, constitution is so made that the wheel 150 comes in contact with the lower side of a surface plate H, thereby prohibiting the relative rotation of the frame section 102 about the rotary shaft 101.
