CONSTITUTION: An input means (operation step S1) which simultaneously inputs execution information of compiling and maintenance history information from a terminal equipment A at the time of requesting the execution of compiling, a processing starting means (operation step S2-operation step S4) inspecting the input of a necessary item and requesting the execution of compiling and starting a processing only when the input omission and the input error are absent in execution information of compiling and maintenance history information and a history storage means (operation step S5-S8) obtaining an execution result after the execution of the compile processing, displaying it in the terminal equipment A and recording execution information of compiling and maintenance history information in a history file B are provided. Since the compile processing is executed in connection with the generation of the history, the recording omission is eliminated and the recording error considerably reduces.
