In this complaint processing system of computer processing for specifying a place wherein complaint related to a road or road peripheral equipment occurs from a screen-displayed map, and associating and recording complaint information, map information of the complaint occurrence place, and complaint processing information, a computer 2 has: a map information recording means 3; a provision screen information recording means 5; a display means 10 displaying a provision screen; an input means 9 inputting information; a complaint-related information recording means 6; and a control means 7. The provision screen information recording means 5 records provision screen information for associating a corresponding position on the map screen to address information by point-inputting the position. The control means 7 displays the provided screen on the display means 10, and records the address information corresponding to the point-inputted position into the complaint-related information recording means 6.
