Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance dispersibility and stationary preservation stability while allowing application to an automatic analyzer by employing a liposome containing a labeled substance having a film fixed with hapten.
CONSTITUTION: A liposome containing a labeled substance having a film fixed with hapten is used wherein the value obtained by adding two times of standard deviation to the average particle size (nm) derived from the distribution of the number of particles being determined by dynamic scattering is in the range of 100-500nm, preferable in the range of 150-350nm. The liposome is prepared by vortex swing method or ultrasonic method and then it is passed through a French press or a pressure filter incorporating a membrane having thin holes of specified size thus obtaining a liposome having intended properties. The constituent of the film includes natural lecithin, dipalmitoleic phosphatidylcholine, etc.
