Relating to this television intercom device, plural front door devices 3a, 3b,... having cameras 31 are connected with a controller 1 and a video signal controller 2, and the controller and the video signal controller are bus-connected through a video trunk line L1, a voice trunk line, and a data trunk line with room master devices 51 and television monitors 52 of plural room devices 5a, 5b,..., and power sources and video signals are branched and supplied from the video signal controller through branchers 4a, 4b,... interposed in the video trunk line to the television monitors of the plural room devices so that each room device can be called from the front door devices, and the video signals can be outputted to the television monitors, and speech can be made. This device is provided with a camera switcher 2a and a monitor ON/OFF switch 51a for outputting the video of the camera of each front door device to the television monitor of each room device, and for allowing a resident to confirm the quality of the video of the camera from the room independently of each control operation based on a normal call from the front doors at the installation and maintenance.
