Abstract:
PURPOSE: To miniaturize and lighten a complex type reinforced steel bar bending apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: In a main body casing 11, a reinforced steel bar bending machine 100 and a reinforced steel bar working machine 300 are assembled. A reinforced steel bar bending roll 14 in the reinforced steel bar bending machine 100 is driven with an electric motor 32 through gear train having an electromagnetic clutch 37. By this method, the reinforced steel bar bending roll 14 is swingly moved while centering a reinforced steel bar reciving sleeve 15. A driving shaft 51 of the reinforced steel bar working machine 200 is driven with the electric motor 32 through the gear line having a uni-directional clutch 52. By this method, pressure oil is fed to a cylinder chamber 60 and a cutter blade 64 approaches a fixing blade 66. The electromagnetic clutch 37 is made to be tranferred only to the ordinary rotating power of the electric motor 32. The uni-directional clutch 52 is transferred only to the reverse rotating power of the electric motor 32.
