To provide a complex having excellent sound absorbing characteristics and heat insulating performance.SOLUTION: In a complex 3, at least a portion of the surface of a member 31 having a generation source of heat and/or sound is covered by a high rigid resin foamed body 1 in which 10%-compression strength at 25°C-100°C is equal to or more than 0.1 MPa.
