To provide a component arrangement structure in a motor room capable of protecting an electric component unit when being subjected to an impact from the front side of a vehicle while preventing an increase in the weight of the electric component unit and the degradation of space efficiency in a motor room.
An inverter 15 for converting power generated by a fuel cell (not shown) mounted to a vehicle 1 from DC power to AC power and supplying the power to a motor 17 for driving the vehicle is accommodated in a motor room 3 of the vehicle 1 for accommodating the motor 17 for driving the vehicle. The inverter 15 has a cooling iron-made water jacket 19 on a lower part thereof, and the front end 19b of the water jacket 19 in the vehicular longitudinal direction is arranged in a forward part of the vehicle from the front end 21a of a cover 21 of the inverter 15 in the vehicular longitudinal direction.
