This component management system managing the component by an IC tag attached to the component installed to the house has an information management means, a component detailed information management means, and a component management means. The component management means has: a data requirement means requiring transmission of initial writing data to the information management means, and requiring transmission of component detailed data to the component detailed information management means; a data reception means receiving the initial writing data from the information management means, and receiving the component detailed data from the component detailed information management means; an IC tag reading means; a collation means collating collation data and IC tag storage data; and an IC tag writing means writing collation result data and the component detailed data into the IC tag.
