Data containing the component text data b and the mounting positional data A is automatically processed conventionally to generate mounting data C required for a mounter 2 to mount each component at a specified mounting position. Operation of the mounter 2 is controlled based on the mounting data C to mount the components sequentially and automatically at specified positions on a substrate 1.
