Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting device capable of precisely coating a substrate with a coating material.SOLUTION: A component mounting device comprises: a substrate conveying part; a movable moving head; a coating material supply part 18 that supplies a coating material S; a coating nozzle 24B that is held by the moving head, fills the coating material S from the coating material supply part 18, and coats the material to a substrate 6; and a suction discharge force generation part that is connected to the coating nozzle 24B. The coating nozzle 24B includes: an external cylinder part 26 capable of filling the coating material S into an inner space C; and a plunger part 27 that is inserted into the external cylinder part 26, and comprises a gasket part adhered to an inner wall of the external cylinder part 26 in a tip. The plunger part 27 moves in the external cylinder part 26 to an upper direction (first direction) by a suction force supplied from the suction discharge force generation part, fills the coating material S into the external cylinder part 26, moves in the external cylinder part 26 to a lower direction (second direction) by a discharge force supplied from the suction discharge force generation part, and coats the coating material S to the substrate 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
