CONSTITUTION: A component transfer head 1a which unloads a component 3 from a component supply device 4 and transfers it to a board 5 at a prescribed point is equipped with a recognition means and a board moving means 6, the deviation of the component transfer head 1a from the component 3 is detected by images picked up by the recognition means provided to the component transfer heads 1a, and the board 5 is moved corresponding to the quantity of deviation to correct while the component transfer head 1a moves.
