To provide a forming technique for suppressing the variance of an optical path with respect to a component for an optical pickup for use in an optical disk player or the like.
A resin molding for an optical pickup has openings which pierce the resin molding so that suspension springs are exposed from the resin molding to front sides and rear sides of a fixed part and a moving part and is formed by using a forming mold to which pins for pressing suspension springs formed by insert molding, to front and rear surfaces of the fixed part and the moving part are added, and thus a behavior of the tilt of a lens can be stabilized with the lens on the lens mounting surface of the moving part without varying the tilt of the lens surface of the moving part. As a result, desired characteristics of the optical pickup component can be obtained to contribute to the improvement of an yield.
