Abstract:

To provide component parts for a fluid flow path and their manufacturing method which can curtail elution of electrolyte into a fluid circulating through an inner space from the inside of a thick part.

A hose is molded in a molding process of a step S20, and the surface of the hose after being molded is cleaned in a hot water washing process of a step S21. Next, in a cleaning process of a step S22, pure water of a specific conductivity value of 1 μS/cm or less is sealed in the inside space of the molded hose and is held at a temperature of 90°C for 24 hours. Later, pure water after being used for a second sealing is drained from the inner space of the hose, and the surface of the hose is washed away in a water washing process of a step 23 with pure water as pure as the one used in the former cleaning process. Finally, the hose is dried in a drying process of a step S24.
