This device is provided with a batch change means for applying new article numbers to respective article numbers after all slave article numbers to be changed and master article numbers chained thereto are extracted out of a component table and overlapped article numbers are made single, and an extension expanding means for extracting all the extension relations of directly linked master and slave articles out of the component table. On the basis of the new article numbers applied by the stud batch converting means and the extension relations extracted by the extension expanding means, a new component table is prepared.
