Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the medicine which consists of antiacid compd. guest molecules having cations of aluminum, magnesium, calcium, etc., and cyclodextrin host molecules to be conjugated with these molecules and has an effective protective effect of gastrointestinal cells. CONSTITUTION: The gastrointestinal protective complex agent which consists of the antiacid compd. guest molecules and the cyclodextrin host molecules to be conjugated with these guest molecules and is adequate for medication of the amt. effective for protection of the gastrointestinal cells is obtd. by adding the antiacid compds. having the cations of the aluminum, magnesium and calcium, such as aluminum hydroxide, aluminum carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, magnesium tricarbonate, calcium carbonate and magnesium-aluminum gel, etc., to an aq. soln. of α-cyclodextrin under stirring at room tap. and continuing the stirring for three days, then subjecting the soln. to nucleus freezing the soln. at -70 deg.C followed by freeze drying.
