Abstract:
A composite aluminum alloy profile and a preparation method therefor. The composite aluminum alloy profile comprises an outer decorative profile (2), a polyurethane elastomer structural adhesive, and an inner frame profile (1); the inner frame profile (1) is an integral component of one-time extrusion molding of alkali-free glass fibers and polyurethane resin, and the cross section thereof is "stud"-shaped; the outer decorative profile (2) is connected to the inner frame profile (1) by means of a polyurethane elastomer structural adhesive. The preparation method comprises: preparing glass fibers and polyurethane material components A and B into a glass fiber resin reinforced profile by means of a compound strip injection machine; and adhering the inner frame profile (1) to the outer decorative profile (2) by means of the polyurethane elastomer structural adhesive; and rolling. The profile has the features of heat and sound insulation and is easy to produce.
