Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain composite beam material, the working of which is easy, has high fixing strength and durability between laminating materials and is excellent in external appearance by a method wherein reinforcing material and wooden material are fixed together with adhesive and the gap outward the side periphery of the reinforcing material is filled with adherent resin or with adherent resin and wooden material piece.
CONSTITUTION: In composite beam material 1 produced by laminating wooden materials 2 and rigid reinforcing material 3 to one another, the reinforcing material 3 is pinchingly laminated between the wooden materials 2. At the same time, the width of the reinforcing material 3 is made to smaller than that of the wooden material 2 so as to cover both the side peripheries of the reinforcing material 3 with the wooden material 2 by fixing the reinforcing material 3 and the wooden material 2 together with adhesive. In addition, the gap 5, which locates outward the side periphery of the reinforcing material 3 and is formed between the wooden materials 2, is filled with adherent resin or with adherent resin and wooden material piece. Thus, since adherent layers 4 are fully contact-bonded through ordinary nip pressure, strong and uniform bonding work can be realized between the reinforcing material 3 and the wooden material 2. Further, as composite beam material 1 as a whole, the beam material 1 has enough elevated bending rigidity and the like through the action of the reinforcing material 3. Furthermore, as external appearance, no trouble is present.
