Abstract:
To provide a CFRP thick plate material which is used as an ultra-light weight structure material on a blade part and the like for an aircraft and a wind power generator and the like, and a coupling and joining method for the CFRP thick plate material with a high intensity metal material such as, an Al alloy material, a Ti alloy material.SOLUTION: The invention is configured to adhere, many pieces of CFRP prepreg, and one to 10 and several pieces of Al alloy thin plates which have been subjected to NAT processing and to which a heat resistant one-liquid epoxy adhesive agent was applied, by an autoclave method in whole surfaces of them, the autoclave method using an autoclave. The invention produces a laminate composite body whose one surface or both surfaces are integrated with a CFRP thick plate formed of an Al alloy thin plate, and in which the Al alloy thin plate and one to several pieces of the CFRP prepreg thin plates are alternately laminated, the laminate composite body being formed of integrated Al alloy thin plate and CFRP thin plate. Using a composite thick plate material, a joined structure comprising: an A7075 Al alloy formed of a high intensity lightweight metal material which serves as a basic structure of a movable machine; and a thick plate material such as a 64 Ti alloy; is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
