Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a bat grip structure for inducing a batter to assume a correct grip and a bat structure for obtaining maximum hitting energy using same. [Solution] In order to achieve a grip for implementing a swing that "extends the bat from the inside" along the line of the bottom hand at the top of take-back in batting, a grip structure is provided for locking a bottom hand palm grip by providing a locking structure in which the lower region (bottom grip) of the bat grip section is palm-gripped by the bottom hand, causing the batter to achieve the correct "extending the bat from the inside" swing and improving angular velocity in the bat swing. Moreover, by an added weight (M) (10-100 g) to the bat head (H) of a bat with said grip structure, the bat center-of-gravity (C) in the bat body (B) is moved by (a) from the original position in the direction of the bat hitting center (P), improving the hitting energy at the sweet spot and inviting impact with maximum hitting effectiveness.
