A method of manufacturing a tube includes the steps of applying PTFE resin dispersed liquid to a mandrel bar, baking and sintering the same, applying a solid particle mixed PTFE resin dispersed liquid, baking and sintering the same to form a solid particle mixed PTFE resin overcoat pure PTFE tube, covering the upper layer thereof with an outer covering layer by extruding directly or through a blade layer, and finally pulling out the mandrel bar to take out the PTFE composite catheter tube with PTFE inner layer.
