Abstract:
To provide a magnetic material/dielectric substance composite material which suppresses the diffusion of conductors in Ag at ≤960°C being the melting point of silver and has desired low magnetic permeability-low dielectric constant characteristics of specific magnetic permeability of 2 to 20 and specific dielectric constant of 5 to 100, high sinterability of porosity <10% and high insulation characteristics of ≥1×1010 Ωcm and to provide an LC composite parts using the same.
The composite ceramic material consists of a magnetic material, dielectric material and glass material.
