PURPOSE: To prevent each interlayer from peeling-off, to improve gas permeability, salt insulating properties and to improve practical value by forming a fiber- reinforced thermosetting resin layer, an adhesive layer for the fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin layer, a polymer compsn. layer with a high tensile elongation on a base body as a composite coating structure.
CONSTITUTION: A polymer compsn. layer C with a tensile elongation of 30% or larger is formed on a base body D and a fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin layer A is formed thereon through an adhesive layer B for the fiber- reinforced thermosetting resin layer. The base body D is constituted of a cement concrete, an asphalt concrete, a plastic, a wooden substance, a metal alone or a combination thereof. As the polymer compsn. layer C, a coating film type resin compsn. layer and a sheet-like layer defined by JIS K6301 and with a tensile elongation of 30% or layer are cited. As a primer used between the base body and the coating film type resin compsn. layer, for example, a one- pack moisture curable urethane primer, a bisphenol A type epoxy/polyamine type primer etc., are used. When the substance of the polymer compsn. layer is a sheet-like body, an adhesive is used for adhesion with the base body.
