PURPOSE: To improve dielectric constant by specifying a sheet opening hole rate of a composite dielectric in which resin and inorganic dielectric powder are compounded having a sheet consisting of glass fibers as a reinforcing material.
CONSTITUTION: In a composite dielectric, in which resin and inorganic dielectric powder are compounded as a reinforcing material of a sheet consisting of glass fibers, a sheet opening rate shall be 2% or more. Accordingly, inside the sheet a sufficient amount of inorganic dielectric powder is introduced from the opening hole into the sheet to fully raise dielectric constant of the reinforcing material part while dissolving the state in which reinforcing material parts are interposed in series as low dielectric constant regions. Thereby, the dielectric constant is improved by mixed inorganic dielectric powder.
