Abstract:
To provide a composite electrode manufacturing method with high yield and material efficiency, and a composite electrode manufacturing apparatus.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a composite electrode including a substrate and an insulating fiber film provided on the substrate. The manufacturing method includes applying a primer solution to a strip-shaped substrate, and forming the insulating fiber film on the main surface of the substrate by ejecting a charged raw material liquid in a direction parallel to the main surface intersecting the side surface of the substrate and depositing it on the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
