Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite fabric three dimensional structure having a three-dimensional shape, excellent in waterproofness, having simple manufacturing process and capable of being manufactured at low cost.SOLUTION: There is provided a three dimensional structure obtained by arranging a substrate fabric consisting cloth, kitted fabric or nonwoven fabric consisting of fiber having fiber diameter of 1000 nm or more on a form having a three dimensional shape to be a final product in advance, spraying nanofiber nonwoven fabric consisting of ultrafine fiber having fiber diameter of 50 to 1000 nm on the form, laminating and solidifying.EFFECT: The structure is easily manufactured because separation from the form with status maintaining three dimensional shape is easy and is excellent in waterproofness because it is made seamless than ones which conventional flat sheet is three dimensional molded by sewing or adhering.SELECTED DRAWING: None
