PURPOSE: To obtain a stamper for 2P method which has an excellent transfer rate and faithful transferrability of groove shapes and can be continuously used by bringing a pregrooved master disk for tracking servocontrol into press contact with the surface of a glass sheet via a UV-curing resin or thermosetting resin and transferring the pregrooves for tracking servocontrol thereto from the master disk.

CONSTITUTION: A coupling agent consisting of γ-methacryloxy propyl tris- methoxysilane/ethanol is uniformly coated on the surface of the glass sheet and the UV-curing resin consisting of dipentaery thritol hexaacrylate, 2- hydroxyethyl methacrylate, γ-methacryloxyethyl phosphate, χ-hydroxyhexyl phenyl ketone is coated thereon. The resin is pressed cast by the Ni or glass master disk and is cured by the irradiation from the glass sheet side. The composite glass-resin stamper transferred with the pregrooves for the tracking servocontrol on the glass sheet is obtd. after removal from the mold.
