Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a composite knitted fabric capable of easily carrying away moisture like urine from the skin of wearer.
CONSTITUTION: A composite fabric has a first fabric layer comprising a polyester, acrylic or nylon material made hydrophilic, a second fabric layer comprising at least 5 wt.% of a super-absorbable material and the barrier layer having high steam permeability deposited on the second fabric layer. The first and second fabric layers are integrally and simultaneously formed by forming a braided structure.
