To provide a composite material composition and a molded product formed of it wherein high rigidity and good surface appearance can be secured by increasing a blended amount of inorganic matter.

The composite material composition comprises 80-95 mass% of microbodies of an inorganic compound such as calcium carbonate, 3-20 mass% of a polypropylene resin and the like, and 2-15 mass% of a tackifier such as an alicyclic hydrocarbon resin. The molded product is manufactured by molding the composite material composition.
