Abstract:

PURPOSE: To limit heat conduction within an axle and to improve wear resistance of a pair of a disk/a lining by disposing various kinds of flanges.
CONSTITUTION: An intermediate flange 802 and an outside flange 803 in a friction disk 800 mounted on an axle 821 are assembled in a center flange 801. These opposed flanges 802 and 803 are fixed by a bolt 813 and an automatic braking nut 812 at the center part and are fixed by a device of clip shaft at the outer peripheral part. These flanges 802 and 803 are rotated by the center flange 801 via a key 809 inserted into the flanges 802 and 803 within a gap. This center flange 801 is fixed to the axle 821 via a hub 820 sintered on the axle 821. Namely, the friction disk 800 constituted of various kinds of flanges 801 to 803 combined in this way is mounted on the axle 821 by the hub 820.
