CONSTITUTION: A matted material 1 consisting essentially of inorganic yarns orientated in three-dimensional directions is partially bonded with a thermoplastic resin, made into a state of a great number of voids in the whole area, plural ring-shaped materials 10 orientated along the surface of the matted material 1 are projected from the surface at least one side and the ring-shaped material 10 are bonded in an orientated state of the surface to give a composite material of yarn.
