Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the synchronism of a press processing part and an insert molding part.
SOLUTION: A lower mold 55 and an upper mold 57 continuously molding a fed strip like plate material 43 at the same time are provided and a press processing part 59 applying punching processing to the plate material 43, an insert molding part 61 applying insert molding thereto and a cutting part 63 cutting a molded product are continuously and integrally provided to the lower and upper molds 55, 57 along the feed direction of the plate material 43. A filter pin 143 supported so as to be capable of protruding to predetermined height by rising and falling movement in the press processing part 59 and feeding and guiding the plate material 43 is provided to the lower mold 55 and the lifter spring 145 biasing the lifter pin 143 to a predetermined height position is provided and the ejector pin 173 supported so as to be capable of protruding to predetermined height by rising and falling movement and pushing up the molded product to move the same to the predetermined height is provided to the insert molding part 61 and the ejector spring 182 biasing the ejector pin 173 to the predetermined height is provided.
