Abstract:

To provide composite needle punching nonwoven fabrics using different component materials, and to provide a production method thereof.

There are provided composite needle punching nonwoven fabrics formed through the process of accumulating two or more nonwoven fabrics each composed of respectively different component materials and heat-fusing with a calender roll and an entangling process by needle punching. The composite needle punching nonwoven fabrics using different component materials and having the structure are excellent in not only chemical resistance, resistance to chemicals, acid resistance and alkali resistance but also mechanical properties so advantageous in use as civil engineering materials in wet conditions and sea shore.
