The composite nonwoven fabric for patch comprises a polyester film with at least 6 m of thickness and a fiber web comprising undrawn polyester fibers thermally bonded on at least one side of the film to form the nonwoven fabric layer, wherein the nonwoven fabric layer has not more than 3.010-2(J/cm2) of heat of crystallization per unit area.
