To provide a thermoforming composite ornamental sheet, with a specific multilayer structure containing a foil-like pigment, which is capable of visualizing a superior three-dimensionally appearing pattern.

This composite ornamental sheet consists of a light transmitting thermoforming plastic layer (A layer) and light transmitting thermoforming plastic layer (B layer) mixed with foil-like pigment, and a colored thermoforming plastic layer (C layer) bonded to and laminated on the B layer. In addition, the B layer contains 0.5-10 pts.wt. of titanium mica or/and reduced mica as the foil-like pigment for 100 pts.wt. of resin. Further, the composite ornamental sheet comprises a calender molding showing a melt viscosity of 5×104 to 1×105 poise at a temperature of 165°C and a shear rate of 10-12 sec-1 as measured by a capillograph(capillary, viscometer, barrel dia. 9.55mm, nozzle dia. 1mm ×length 10mm).
