To provide a composite panel which can obtain a fire protection structure or a fire resistant structure even if the core material of a surface panel is formed with isocyanurate foam, swells after production, produces no deformation such as warpage, and is excellent in adiathermancy and mechanical strength.
A composite panel A comprises a surface panel B formed by sandwiching a core material by a front surface material and a rear surface material, forming a projected engaging projection on the front surface material, and forming the core material with isocyanurate foam in which fire resistant sheet D is provided and a decorated panel C which is inorganic base and in the rear surface of which a recessed engaging groove is formed. Also the engaging groove of the decorated panel C is close-fitted to the engaging projection of the surface panel B for integration.
