PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin particle excellent in adhesiveness of a fluorine-containing polymer particle and a component coating the same and a use thereof, a composite particle (C) forming a mixture layer containing (A) and (B) where a part of a polymer (B) which is a component to be coated and is formed around penetrates to particles containing a fluorine-containing polymer (A), a dispersion thereof and a use of the composite.SOLUTION: There is provided a composite particle (C) containing a particle (F) containing a fluorine-containing polymer (A) and a (co)polymer (B) having a monomer (b) as a constitutional monomer, where a surface of the particle (F) is coated by a coated layer containing the (co)polymer (B), and having a penetration layer where the (co)polymer (B) penetrates from the surface to inner of the particle (F).SELECTED DRAWING: None
