Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a composite plastic sheet material with a ruled line for bending, which has good bending characteristics and sufficient strength, and for which ruled line processing can also be easily performed.
CONSTITUTION: In this composite plastic sheet material, the depth of a ruled line 10 is made so as to have two or more stages with respect to the longitudinal direction of the ruled line and is formed deeper than the thickness of a plastic film 2 on the grooving side of the sheet material when ruled line processing is performed. The depth of a deep portion (deep groove portion) 11 of the ruled line is made to 60-100% of the whole thickness of the sheet material 1 while the depth of a shallow portion (shallow groove portion) 12 is made to 20-95% thereof.
