Title:
COMPOSITE RESIN LAMINATE CONTAINING NONCOMBUSTIBLE CELLULOSE POWDER MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004090528
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a composite resin laminate containing a noncombustible cellulose powder material which fully meets the standard of the heat generation test according to the stipulation of Article 2.9 (noncombustible material) in the enforcement ordinance of the Building Standards Low, which is low in the total calorific value and the rate of heat generation at the time of combustion, and which has an effect of curbing the spread of fire when a fire breaks out.

The composite resin laminate comprises laminating a composite resin molding 1 containing a cellulosic powder material which contains a polyolefin (A) and a cellulosic powdered material (B) in a ratio (by mass) of A:B=90-10:10-90, onto an inorganic substrate 3 through an adhesive layer 2 in such a thickness (t) as to satisfy 0.05≤t≤0.8 mm. The thickness (t) is calculated from the equations: X=8,000/Y and t=(X/10,000)/ρ (wherein X is a weight of material [g/m2] to make the total calorific value 8 MJ or less; Y is a calorific value [kJ/g] of the material (host resin + cellulosic powdered material); ρ is a density of material [g/cm3]); and t is a thickness of material [cm] to make the total calorific value 8 MJ or less.
