To obtain excellent properties of following up the movements of a substrate and an FRP waterproof layer, to eliminate accumulation of deformation in relation to the movement of the substrate and the deformation and cracking of the FRP waterproof layer and also to improve the strength of adhesion between a rubber waterproof sheet and the FRP waterproof layer.
A composite sheet prepared by laminating integrally a rubber waterproof sheet 2, a thermoplastic resin film 3 and a fiber-reinforced material in this sequence and also a composite sheet prepared by adding a fabric base 5 and by laminating integrally the rubber waterproof sheet 2, the thermoplastic resin film 3, the fabric base 5 and the fiber-reinforced material in this sequence are used. On the surface of a substrate 1 of a building, the rubber waterproof sheet 2, the thermoplastic resin film 3, (the fabric base 5) and a fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin waterproof layer 4 are laid integrally in this sequence from the substrate 1 side.
