PURPOSE: To make a product lightweight, excellent in a damping property and rigidity, and suitable especially for the purpose of a speaker cone by alternately laminating a thermoplastic resin layer containing a flake type filler with a specified aspect ratio and a thermoplastic resin layer containing a fine hollow filler.

CONSTITUTION: A composite sheet prepared by alternately laminating the layer of a thermoplastic resin containing 1-75wt.% of a flake type filler with an aspect ratio of 5 or more and the layer of a thermoplastic resin containing 5-60wt.% of a fine hollow filler and a molded article made from the composite sheet are obtained. For example, mica, glass flakes, and talc are used as the flake type filler, and mica giving high rigidity is used preferably. As the fine hollow filler, for example, inorganic fine hollow grains such as glass microballoons or shirasu balloons are used, and those having true specific gravity of 0.8 or less are used appropriately.
