Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a composite skin having high physical property values, not whitened by bending and having excellent flexibility and good surface appearance.
The composite skin 4 is molded by molding an outer layer 4a by the powder molding of a powder of a thermoplastic elastomer composition with a mean primary particle size of 50-200 μm and molding an inner layer 4b by the powder molding of a powder of a thermoplastic elastomer composition with a mean primary particle size of 300 to 1,000 μm. As the thermoplastic elastomer, an olefinic (TPO) or a polyurethane (TPU) thermoplastic elastomer is preferably used.
