PURPOSE: To enable the stable spinning of polymers having large melt-viscosity difference, by using a pair of extrusion channels having different channel diameter or channel length, inclined at equal angles to vertical line and opening one spinneret surface with an interval and extruding the polymer having higher viscosity through the channel having larger channel diameter or shorter channel length.
CONSTITUTION: The extrusion channels 4,5 inclined at equal angles (10W15°) to the vertical line of the spinneret surface are opened to the spinneret surface with the interval of l, and the component having higher viscosity is extruded through the channel 4 having larger channel diameter DA than that of the other channel DB, or through the channel 4 having shorter channel length LA than that of the other channel LB. A stable spinning can be carried out even if the polymer components have large melt viscosity difference.
