The composite spun yarn includes metal filaments and staple fibers in which a fiber bundle (C) including metal filaments in the core part and staple fibers arranged as sheath part, and a fiber bundle (D) including only staple fibers are separately twisted in the same direction of their own so that the component ratio (C/D) of the fiber bundle (C) to the fiber bundle (D) is in the range of 0.4 to 2.3.
